Our commitment to quality has remained our main focus even as we have grown. Even with today's demands to shorten lead times and reduce product cost, we have continued to maintain a true quality process. All product is 100% inspected to IPC-A-610 Rev. D by trained inspectors. AQL (sampling) is never implemented for any product. Our Process Control Department generates a customized process sheet for each and every product. Repeat orders are reviewed by the Documentation Control Department every time an order is released. Every step in our manufacturing process is followed by a 100% inspection. In-process inspections are put in place where deemed necessary by Quality Control.
Whether your product is being tested in-house or by us at your facility, all Quality Procedures are followed in the same manner. Releases to shipping are controlled by our Quality Control Department, not Manufacturing.
Mass Design also differentiates itself from the competition by offering real turnkey quotes (real prices, real lead times) and the prototype evaluation sheet (we document all changes and provide feedback to make the assembly more manufacturable).
