100% Inspection, Never AQL Sampling for Any Product

Every board we assemble is 100% inspected to IPC-A-610 Rev. D every step of the way by trained professionals, who are IPC Certified to ANSI standards.

Our Process Control Department generates a customized sheet for each and every product we assemble for you.

Repeat orders are reviewed by the Documentation Control Department every time an order is released.

Where deemed necessary by our quality control manager, in-process inspections are put into place as well. Unlike many others in the PCB industry, our releases to shipping are controlled by our Quality Control Department rather than manufacturing.

With our Make n’ Ship Service, your complete product will be fully tested, packaged and shipped with your supplied packaging and labeling directly to your end user. As a full-service manufacturing partner, Mass Designs removes the worry and added financial burden of distribution from your shoulders, allowing you to focus on what you do best.
