Communication
We never lose sight of whose design it is, namely yours. You as the engineer will most often have a fixed conceptional image of what the finished layout should look like. This is where teamwork and communication figure in so strategically. Only by fully understanding this precise expectation, can we optimally lay out the printed circuit boards you need. So we talk directly with you and your engineers until we completely share your technical concerns.
Experience
Mass Design has been designing and laying out printed circuit boards using PADs software since 1986. Our designers have an average of 20 years worth of PCB design experience. Our designers also get immediate feedback from our board fabrication engineers since we fabricate and assembly boards in our 72,000 square foot facility. Where our experience comes into play is in asking you and your engineers the right questions and listening intently to their stated needs. It is our job to know about the constraints and limitations in the printed circuit board manufacturing process. Working directly with our board fabrication facility has allowed us to identify many ways that we can build quality into our layouts.
Whether Analog, Digital, or RF using through hole, SMT, Flatpacks or BGAs, the printed circuit boards we design for you will never be more layers than necessary and will always reflect a line width and via size that will make a conventional fabricator happy.
The on-time guarantee
If we miss our delivery schedule by even ONE day, you will receive a 20% price reduction. You can see why we have such a solid on-time delivery record. See the specifics of our "On-Time Board Guarantee." The payment due for any board design will be reduced by 20% if we miss our agreed delivery date by even one day. If the customer fails to provide required information in a timely manner or puts a "hold" on the project, this On-Time Guarantee is void.
