Premium Full Hand-Routing (Customer Participation)
This is our standard design mode. It generates the fewest layers. The end product requires a more intense board design effort but results in a circuit board which is more cost-effective to fabricate and assemble. This process is especially appropriate for layout-sensitive designs (RF, high speed boards, etc.) or, where a high degree of optimization is required (smallest layer count, greatest component density). Engineering change orders are distinctly easier for circuit boards designed this way.

Economy Board Design (Guided Auto-routing)
Guided auto-routing, with much of the initial work performed by the auto-router, generates circuit boards that lend themselves well to manufacturing. Without the optimizations of our Premium option (above), fabrication cost per board may be higher, but where very few boards are needed, this is often the economical choice.
This is not a good choice if Engineering Change Orders are likely to be required at a later date.

Custom-Designed Prototype/Breadboards
Circuit simulations are only models. For real-world testing of a complex circuit, breadboards are often used. Since the size and complexity of modern electronics - especially SMDs - often make a hand-wired breadboard impractical, we offer a solution.
Let us create a specialized version of your board or of the critical sections you wish to test.
Our Prewired Custom-Design Prototype/Breadboard (CPB1) places your design in one portion of the board, but also provides a multitude of test points, removable jumpers, and free prototyping areas to allow you to test your design and experiment with modifications.
Our Unwired Custom-Design Prototype/Breadboard (CPB2) Provides pads surrounding each mounted component and plenty of room for wiring them together by hand.
In each case, the board is then fabricated and the components (supplied by you) are then assembled to the board, providing you with a stable platform for testing and experimenting. As an alternative to the Custom-Designed Prototype/Breadboards, we can fabricate and assemble a test platform of your own design.
