 Nashua NH: Mass Design, a leader in integrated manufacturing, has added flex circuit board manufacturing to their portfolio of available services available "Under One Roof" at their facility in Nashua, NH.
Neil Chulada, Printed Circuits Operation Manager, states: "With the addition of flex circuit processing to our rigid PCB process capabilities, we are now able to address both those customers with specific needs for each type, as well as provide one-stop service to those customers with mixed mode rigid/flex circuitry application requirements"
Flex circuit materials offered include Acrylic/Kapton, as well as adhesive-less materials with either Kapton or liquid photo-imageable overcoats, and finishes tailored specifically to lead free HAL processing. Fully dynamic continuous flex circuits, as well as one time "flex to install" stiffened types are available.
