Q: Do you thermally profile every board?
A:Yes, We can thermally profile a sample board when required.

Q: Can your surface mount equipment verify value of parts?
A: Yes, caps, resistors and diodes, additional programming fees would apply.

Q: What is your ESD policy?
A: All assembly floors are waxed and cleaned regularly with static dissipative floor solutions. All work surfaces are grounded. Operators test on a daily basis for proper ground.

Q: What solder paste do you use.?
A:We primarily use Kester Type 3 as a brand/ powder mesh, depending on application alternate powder mesh.

Q: Do you use No-Clean flux's
A:Yes will use what you specify for your application

Q: Do you conformal Coat boards?
A:Yes were application is required
